1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from September 19, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, who paid a debt of KRW 30 million to the non-party C by the defendant indicating the claim on behalf of the non-party C, claims the amount of the above subrogation against the defendant as compensation amount.
