1. The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is the same as the entry in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept this case in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure
[Plaintiffs are basically repeating the same arguments in the first instance trial. Considering the allegations and reasons why the Plaintiff partly supplemented in the trial, the first instance judgment is justifiable even if examining the descriptions and images of evidence Nos. 25 through 34 (including, if any, various numbers of evidence) newly submitted in the trial, which are evidence newly submitted in the trial.]
2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
