1 On March 28, 2016, a disposition to revoke the designation of a Chinese travelr exclusively in charge of China against an applicant on March 28, 2016 shall suspend its effect from the date this Court sentenced to 2016Nu65161 case until 15 days.

Purport of application

Except for cases where suspension of execution is sought by April 30, 2017, paragraph (1) of the same Article shall apply.

Reasons

According to the applicant's supporting materials, it is recognized that there is an urgent need to prevent the damage difficult to recover from the damage caused by the execution of the disposition as stipulated in Paragraph (1) of this Article, and there is no other data to recognize that suspension of execution may have a significant impact on public welfare due to the suspension of execution.
