1. The defendant is jointly and severally and severally with C, D, and B, and as to KRW 50 million and KRW 300 million among them, from April 13, 2004, and KRW 200 million.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff to be indicated in the claim is the transferee of the claim for indemnity finalized by the judgment of Seoul Western District Court 2008Kadan17208, which is the plaintiff to file the lawsuit of this case in order to interrupt the extinctive prescription of the above claim (Partial claim).
