However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Compulsory indecent acts;

A. On May 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against the victim by inducing the victim to follow-up by the victim E (the victim, 46 years old); and (b) forcing him/her to commit an indecent act by forcing him/her to commit an indecent act on the part of the victim, while he/she gets into singing together with the victim E (the victim, 46 years old) at the second floor of the building “D”, which is located in Ma Government-si, with the view to the Defendant’s business.

On May 23, 2015, at around 18:50 on May 23, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by means of saving the shoulder of the victim with his/her own shoulder at the right shoulder of the victim at the same place as the above “B”.

2. The Defendant, on November 18, 2015, was threatened with the victim due to the business problems related to the victim while making a telephone call from the victim at a Japanese Won in Yangju City on November 18, 2015.

3. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media) Defendant 2 had a telephone call with the victim at the same time and at the same place as the above “2”.
