대여금
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 54,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from February 25, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Around July 8, 2011, the Plaintiff used KRW 34,000,000 to the Defendant on a due date as of November 8, 201, and additionally lent KRW 20,000,000 to the Defendant on or around September 3, 2012 (including the foregoing KRW 34,000,000) on or around October 31, 2012 when the said loan was not repaid.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the total amount of KRW 54,00,000 as well as damages for delay at the rate of KRW 20% per annum from the day after the copy of the complaint of this case is served to the day of complete payment.
