1. On May 12, 2018, at around 17:00, the Defendant stolen the victim’s cash-owned KRW 11,000 on a machine extracted from the victim’s personal form in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon, by using a machine from which the victim D had been extracted from his/her personal form, and with one copy of a new bank credit card, one employee card, one identification card, one identification card, etc. at the market price equivalent to KRW 50,000 on the market price.

2. On May 15, 2018, at F convenience stores located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul around 12:12, the Defendant attempted to present a stolen credit card of a new bank owned D, such as the foregoing paragraph 1, to the victim G, an employee of the Defendant, as if he was the Defendant’s card, and to settle the purchase price of the 2 salary paper if the market price is under an outstanding market price, but was refused to obtain approval due to the theft report of the above D, and failed to achieve such intent.

On October 8, 2017, the Defendant embezzled, in his/her possession, he/she found one copy of the new BC credit card that was lost by the victim H at salarycheon Elementary School located in 17Ra-ro, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu (Yoncheon-dong), but did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim, and he/she embezzled, he/she thought he/she had possession.

2. On October 15, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) purchased beverages equivalent to KRW 5,000 from “J” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I and 401; (b) presented to his/her employees in a non-name as if he/she had a legitimate right to use the credit card under the H’s name as stated in paragraph (1) and paid the above beverage price; (c) from around that time to October 27, 2017, the Defendant presented the said credit card on a total of 87 occasions, such as the list of crimes, and presented the said credit card to his/her employees in total, KRW 5,046,920.
