1. The defendant shall pay 30 million won to the plaintiff and 5% per annum from April 19, 2006 to April 15, 2016 and from the next day.

Reasons

According to the statement in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff can be recognized that on April 18, 2005, the payment period of the plaintiff paid to the defendant on April 18, 2006 and the interest amount of KRW 30 million are set as 48% per annum, and the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above loan of KRW 30 million and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum within the above agreement from April 19, 2006 to April 15, 2016, which is obvious from the date following the above payment period, the original copy of the payment order in this case was served, to the date of delivery of the above original copy of the payment order in this case.
