On May 5, 2016, at around 21:05, the Defendant driven the front road of the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Housing, via the Daegu Medical Center at around 22:45, a section of about 1 km from the same day to the front road of the same Gu, without a motorcycle driver's license.
