The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below's decision of the court of first instance that acquitted the Defendant on defamation among the facts charged of this case is just and it is not reasonable to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance that found the Defendant guilty on the ground that there is no proof of crime as to each property damage, and there is no error of law by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
