However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a low-priced car.

1. On August 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor vehicle without a driver’s license in approximately 2km from the front day of the D golf course located in Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, to the front day of the Busan Medical Center in Busan-gu, 359, on August 13:31, 2015.

2. On August 16, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, driving the said car at around 13:31, and making a left-hand turn to the entrance of the modern apartment from the Fmat in the future of Busan East-gu, Busan, to the left-hand turn to the entrance of the modern apartment.

In such a case, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to take care of the traffic situation of the rear bank and to check the safety of the rear bank in the future, while acquiring a driver's license.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not see the Victim G (4) who was in the aftermath of the mast, and did not see the victim G (4) who was in the aftermath of the math of the low typ, and led the victim beyond the road to be the front wheels for the left side.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim by occupational negligence, such as the closure of the right fluor in need of approximately 10 weeks of treatment.
