1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,000,000 and its related amount are 5% per annum from November 16, 2017 to May 28, 2019.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Where a case is closed after May 31, 2019 pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda (Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) as the provisions governing the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal were amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019, 15% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate under the previous provisions, until May 31, 2019; and 12% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate under the amended provisions, from June 1, 2019 to June 1, 2019. In this case, where a pleading has been concluded after May 31, 2019, damages for delay shall be ordered to be paid at 12% per annum.
