1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 207,00,000 as well as to the day of full payment from July 14, 2018.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) The Plaintiff, on July 20, 2018, sought damages for delay from the day after the delivery of the application for the instant payment order to the day of full payment (15% per annum from the day after the delivery of the application for the instant payment order to the day of full payment). (2) The Plaintiff changed the purport and cause of the claim by public notice under each applicable provision of law (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
