The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On January 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault against the victim B (23, South) by her hand while she had a horse dispute with the victim B (23, South) in front of 76’s Round-ro No. 76’s Round-ro, Sin-si, Madon on January 26, 2018; and (b) committed an assault to her head at one time with her left hand.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;
B. On February 20, 2018, after the prosecution of this case, a non-application for punishment was submitted to the effect that the injured person does not wish to punish the accused.
(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
