1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from July 10, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On October 6, 2011, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) lent KRW 60 million to Defendant C on April 6, 201; (b) Defendant B guaranteed the above debt owed by Defendant C; and (c) the Defendants jointly issued, as a security, promissory notes in the amount of KRW 60 million at sight.
