On July 30, 2016, around 14:55, the Defendant violated the signal by driving the said vehicle, disregarding the stop line of the crosswalk on the front side of the D hotel in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, according to the airport as the airport in the front side of the D hotel in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
