The part against the defendant is reversed, and that part of the case is remanded to the Suwon District Court Panel Division.

A. The lower court: (a) concluded a contract with the Plaintiff on December 31, 2009 for the lease of KRW 400 million with the interest of KRW 300 million monthly and KRW 300 million three months after the due date; (b) paid the Plaintiff KRW 30,000 (hereinafter “first loan”) calculated by deducting the interest and expenses from KRW 400,000,000 from KRW 12,364,000,000,000,000,000 KRW 12,50,000,000,000,00 KRW 305,000,000,000,000,00 KRW 1,50,000,000,000,000 for KRW 1,50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00.
