1. The Defendant’s KRW 58,313,181 as well as 30% per annum from December 30, 2006 to July 14, 2014 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. A claim for the amount remaining after the repayment on December 29, 2006, out of the principal of a loan of KRW 30% per annum with a joint and several surety of the defendant on January 7, 2005 and the principal of KRW 70 million with a maturity of February 7, 2005 (However, from July 15, 2014, the enforcement date of the Interest Limitation Act, the above agreement is null and void within the extent exceeding 25% per annum, which is the highest interest rate stipulated in the above Act, and thus, the plaintiff's claim for the delay payment in excess of the above agreement is without merit).
