1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract as of December 30, 2015 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. To recognize only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 in accordance with the amendment of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Proceedings (Enforcement Decree).
