1. The defendant against the plaintiffs
A. Of the 251m2 in Changwon-si, Changwon-si D 251m2, an indication of the attached Form No. 11, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12.
1. The determination of the cause of the claim is the co-owner of the D. D. 251 square meters in Changwon-si, Changwon-si (hereinafter “instant land”). The Defendant is the owner of cement block structure (unregistered buildings; hereinafter “instant building”) constructed on the E. B. 49 square meters adjacent to the instant land. Part of the instant building is the owner of a cement block structure (hereinafter “instant building”) indicated in the annexed drawing No. 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 15, and 9 of the instant land. Part of the instant building was constructed by 2 square meters connected to the instant building in sequence of each of the areas indicated in the annexed drawing No. 9, 11, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 112, and 14, and 208 square meters in line with the purport of the overall appraisal of the instant land, or by 14 square meters in sequence, the entire appraisal report No.
Therefore, the defendant, barring special circumstances, has the duty to remove the above PVC sewage pipes installed in the above part (b) above, deliver the above part (b) above, remove the above part of the building on the ground and deliver the above part of the trial to the defendant, and deliver the above part to the defendant.
2. Judgment on the defendant's defense
A. From around 1967, F, the father of the Defendant’s assertion, occupied part of the instant building and occupied part of the instant land, the Defendant’s intention to possess for twenty (20) years until the Defendant succeeded to the possession, and possessed part of the instant land, and thus, the prescription period for possession was completed around 1987.
B.
