The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. On April 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 20:40 on April 18, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol at the victim D (77 taxes) located in Pyeongtaek-si C, the Defendant used the victim’s chest by hand and assaulting the victim when booming the victim’s head.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. On November 8, 2018, the victim after the prosecution of this case, expressed his/her intention not to be punished against the defendant.
