The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On January 1, 2019, at around 21:20, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault on the victim’s face at the front of the Kimhae-si apartment (33 years of age) on the ground that the victim C (33 years of age) had contacted the Defendant’s female-friendly group; (b) had a brupted conflict with the victim; (c) had a brupted boomed the body of the victim by hand; and (d) had an assaulted the victim’s face
2. The instant facts charged constitute a case in which a public prosecution cannot be instituted against the clearly expressed intent of the victim. As the victim expressed his/her wish not to punish the Defendant, the instant public prosecution is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
