1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 30,591,780 and KRW 30,000 among them, from July 28, 2015 to August 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. As to the statutory interest rate of a case for which the first instance trial proceedings have not been concluded by October 1, 2015, the statutory interest rate of 20% per annum until September 30, 2015, and from October 1, 2015, the interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015.
