Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On December 23, 2014, at around 23:25, the Defendant driven a B-hurged vehicle with a blood alcohol content of about 0.063% under the influence of alcohol at a section of about 1k from around the Chinese house of Yacheon-si to the front road in front of the major tunnel entrance in the Dong from around 1km-si.
