1. The Defendant shall pay to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff KRW 96,163,048 and KRW 94,152,820 among them. The Defendant shall pay full payment from August 27, 2014.
1. Determination on the claims of the Plaintiff’s succeeding intervenor
(a) Indication of claims: as shown in the grounds for claims and the application for participation in succession; and
(b) Grounds for recognition: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
2. While the Plaintiff’s claim is pending, the Plaintiff transferred the instant claim against the Defendant to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff, and applied for withdrawal from the lawsuit. However, the Plaintiff’s claim is dismissed on the ground that he did not obtain the consent to withdrawal from the Defendant.
