1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Annex 1, 2, 3, 4 and 4 of the attached list, on the second floor in which the drawings are indicated in the attached list;

A. On February 15, 2010, the Plaintiff leased to the Defendant, on a two-story basis, the two-story map indicating the attached list (1), (2), (3), (4), and (1) the monthly rent of KRW 370,00 (including water supply tax of KRW 20,00) and the lease term from February 15, 2010 to February 15, 2012, the number of rent of KRW 205 square meters inboard connected each point in sequence.
B. Since February 15, 2012, a lease contract was maintained without a fixed period of time, but the Defendant was in arrears from March 1, 2015 to the filing date of a lawsuit. The Plaintiff terminated the lease contract on the grounds thereof around June 2015.
C. Therefore, the Plaintiff seek payment of money at the rate of KRW 370,00 per month from March 1, 2015 to the completion date of delivery of the instant building.
