[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is the captain of the fishing vessel C (9.7 tons).
