The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

The Defendant appealed against the lower judgment on February 15, 2013, and filed an appeal. However, even if the Defendant was served on March 11, 2013 with the notification of the receipt of the trial records, it is evident in the record that the Defendant did not submit the statement of grounds for appeal within 20 days from the delivery date of the notification of the receipt of the trial records, and the petition of appeal does not contain any grounds for appeal, and it is impossible to discover any grounds for ex officio examination on the record, and thus, the Defendant’s appeal is dismissed pursuant to Article 36
