【Criminal Power】 On July 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint intimidation) at the Seoul Southern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 17, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 06:59 on June 11, 2015, the Defendant carried the victim C (the 42 years of age), who is a passenger, in the distribution belt of Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seoul, and operated D taxi, and the victim said D taxi at the time of “as soon as soon as possible”, the Defendant brought the speed of the vehicle rapidly and rapidly, changed the lane of the vehicle with the vehicle running at the speed of the vehicle running rapidly, and then changed the vehicle rapidly, left the vehicle behind another vehicle while continuing to drive the vehicle at the speed, reduced the speed rapidly after raising the speed of the vehicle running, and continuously driven the vehicle by putting the vehicle on the road, even though the victim was not at the destination while driving the vehicle at the speed of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant carried the above vehicle, which is a dangerous object, and stuffed other vehicles, as they might cause a traffic accident, and made intimidation to the victim by showing the attitude of causing any harm to the victim's life or body.

2. Around 07:00 on June 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the road north of the distribution belt in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, that the victim stopped the taxi when the victim demanded a safe driving; (b) brought the victim into the taxi; and (c) assaulted the victim by cutting down the defective victim’s neck to check the information of the Defendant’s taxi license.

On June 11, 2015, the Defendant continued to assault the victim by cutting the victim's trees in order to re-examine the information on the taxi driver's license at the same place.
