1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 30, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on September 8, 2003, lent KRW 25,000,00 to the Defendant on June 30, 2006 due date for repayment. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 25,00,000,00 and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 30, 2016 to the date of delivery of a copy of the application for the instant payment order.
