1. The Defendant shall pay to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff the full amount of KRW 97,79,959 and KRW 94,48,107 among them.

Reasons

1. Determination as to the claim of the Plaintiff’s succeeding intervenor

(a)the reasons for the attachment to the indication of the claim and each of the changed reasons for the claim;

(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant').

Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act)

2. The Plaintiff’s claim determination on November 6, 2017, in the proceeding of the instant lawsuit, transferred to the Plaintiff’s succeeding intervenor the claim indicated in the separate sheet, and thus, the Plaintiff’s claim is dismissed.
