The judgment below

In light of the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the violation of Article 85(1) of the Consumer Cooperation Act, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, which found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
