1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,292,973 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from July 19, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff is working for the Defendant Company from May 16, 2005 to July 4, 2019.

However, it was not paid 40,292,973 won in total as wages and retirement allowances.

The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 40,292,973 won, such as the above unpaid wages, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from July 19, 2019 to the date of full payment, which is 14 days after the date of retirement of the plaintiff.
