A Imprisonment for one year, Defendant B, C, D, and F shall be punished by imprisonment for 4 months, Defendant G shall be punished by imprisonment for 6 months, and Defendant E.

1. On December 1, 2012, around 02:00, Defendant A purchased eight smartphones, a stolen goods, from his name-free taxi drivers in front of the Southern Eastdong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with the knowledge of the fact that they are stolen, at least 40,000 won and purchased 1,1,50,000 won in total, from around that time to February 1, 2013, as shown in Appendix I, as shown in Appendix I, the Defendant provided and purchased KRW 1,45,00,000,000,000,000 won in total, from around February 2013.

2. Defendant B

A. On January 1, 2013, the Defendant purchased 250,000 won and 1370,000 won of smartphones, which are stolen, from a taxi engineer in front of the Gangnam-gu Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seo-dong, with the knowledge of the fact that he was a stolen, on the front of active duty, and purchased 13,00 won and 1370,000 won of smartphones, which are stolen, over eight times from around that time to February 2, 2013, as described in the attached List II.

B. On October 16, 2012, the Defendant violated the Establishment of Homeland Reserve Forces Act, as a member of the homeland reserve forces, moved from the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P, 9 Dong 205 to R103.

In such cases, the members of the homeland reserve forces shall report their move to the competent Dong office.

Nevertheless, the Defendant failed to report his/her residence move in order to prevent delivery of the notice of convening the training of homeland reserve forces without justifiable grounds, and became unknown on November 20, 2012.

3. On December 2, 2012, at around 02:00, Defendant C purchased 200,000 won and purchased 12 smartphones, which are stolens, from taxi engineers in front of the Gangnam-gu Seo-gu, Seoul, with the knowledge of the fact that 20,000 won and 12 of the smartphones, which are stolens, over six times from around that time to February 20, 2013, as described in the attached list III.

4. Defendant D’s name-free taxi driver around 01:00 on January 10, 2013 on the roads in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Southernnam Station.
