Defendant

A is the representative director of Company B located in Si, Gunsan-si, who is a manager in charge of safety and health management as a site manager at the “I (ju) military production and installation work during the construction work of RoOM” that the said company performs with subcontracting from H Co., Ltd., and Defendant B is a business owner who operates concrete block manufacturing and installation work using five full-time workers.

C As the representative director of H Co., Ltd. in J in Kim Jong-si, he is a person in charge of safety and health management as the site director of the “I (State) military production RTR creation works” of the said H Co., Ltd., and Defendant H (State) is a business owner who runs the construction business using five full-time workers.
