The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On June 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the street store run by the victim C (V, 55 years old) located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu; (b) around 11:10 on June 30, 2016, on the ground that a person who damaged a bicycle installed in the above place was replaced by one meter, the Defendant, who was standing in front of the victim, caused the victim to face with the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.
2. Determination
(a) A case which cannot be prosecuted against the clearly expressed will of the victim (Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act);
B. Withdrawal of expression of intent to punish the victim after the indictment of this case
C. Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act)
