1. The Defendant paid KRW 64,495,00 to the Plaintiff KRW 64% per annum from August 3, 2014 to May 4, 2016.
1. On September 16, 2014, the Plaintiff filed an application with Busan District Court for a payment order against B as Busan District Court No. 2014 tea39413, the Plaintiff ordered the Plaintiff to pay 64,495,000 won to the Plaintiff from Busan District Court as well as 6% per annum from June 25, 2014 to September 30, 2014, and 20% per annum from the next day to September 30, 2014, the above payment order was served on the company and finalized.
In addition, on August 2, 2014, the Plaintiff sought payment from the Defendant on the ground that he/she was jointly and severally guaranteed for the amount equivalent to KRW 64,495,00 for the said company’s obligation to the Plaintiff.
On the other hand, on May 19, 2016, the Plaintiff withdrawn the lawsuit against C on the first day for pleading.
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;

Of the Plaintiff’s partial rejection of the claim, the part demanding damages for delay against August 20, 2014, the agreed repayment date, and the part exceeding the annual interest rate of 15%, which is the interest rate for delay damages as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint
