A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those who are engaged in driving of Csch Rexton automobiles.
On December 6, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.068% on blood alcohol level around 18:10 on December 6, 2014, and led the Defendant to drive the said car, leading to the intersection of the front distance of the local apartment in the Hongcheon-gun Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun.
At the time, it was an intersection where traffic is not controlled by signal apparatus at night and at that time, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has the duty of care to see the front side and safely proceed with the passage of another motor vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, due to the above occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim F, who was on board the said victim D and the damaged passenger vehicle (the age of 41), such as light d, which requires a two-day medical treatment, and at the same time, avoided the damaged passenger vehicle by immediately stopping it, without taking necessary measures to rescue the victims or prevent danger on the road.
2. On December 18, 2014, the Defendant is under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.068% from a 3km section from around 18:10 on the road in front of a restaurant where the trade name in the Seongbuk-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, is unknown.
