1. The defendant shall pay 80,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from October 25, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. On July 11, 201 and July 12, 2011, the Plaintiff used 100,000,000 won to the Defendant on July 12, 2012 at the maturity of payment. The Plaintiff seeking payment of KRW 80,00,000 which was not repaid among them.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
