Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Around December 6, 2015, the Defendant committed assaulting the Victim F (F, 31 years of age) and solicited the Defendant to retire from the operation of the said G G G G GWz center, and the Defendant went away from the said G G G GWz center, which led the Defendant to be fluort with the victim.
On December 24, 2015, at around 20:10 on December 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) talked to the effect that “I am to confirm whether there is a width in the vehicle; (b) I am to the front side of the building located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (c) asked the victim to look at the rear seat of the Defendant’s operation Jacker car which was parked there; (d) accordingly, the Defendant tried to prepare the back seat through the back door to the right side of the victim who was parked in the front side of the said vehicle and detained the victim by keeping the victim inside the said vehicle, and (e) tried to immediately cut the victim’s body into the front side of the building located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (e) the electrical shock of the said vehicle was insignificant; and (e) the victim am out of the said vehicle without delay, and (e) the victim am out of the vehicle.
K was set up and “doing”, and did not go against the intent of “doing”, such as requesting the purport thereof, and did not result in attempted crimes.
2. The Defendant, at a time, at the same time as paragraph 1, was forced to board the victim on the said car, at a place as set forth in paragraph 1, but the intent was not achieved, and the Defendant, as a result, carried plastic bottles containing the total cost of salt acid (35%) which is a dangerous object that was prepared in advance in the said car, and caused injury to the victim, such as head, face, 2 degrees chemical images on the right side side of the said car, and 3 degrees images on the right side, etc., requiring treatment for about five weeks by putting the part of the victim’s arms, and putting the part of the victim’s body into the victim’s body.
