임대차보증금반환
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 1, 2016 to the date of full payment.
1. Indication of claim;
A. On April 27, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant to set a deposit amount of KRW 30,000,000 on the part of the bathing bath (e.g., the remaining bath 9th floor) with the Defendant, and paid the deposit to the Defendant.
B. However, the Defendant did not engage in bath business from July 1, 2015 to September 19, 2015, and from January 19, 2016 to now, and the Plaintiff did not achieve the purpose of lease, and thus, the said lease contract is terminated and the deposit is returned.
