A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On October 2, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for fraud at the Changwon District Court for a period of eight months, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 11th of the same month.
1. 2. On February 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received an application for modification of the purpose of the claim and the cause of the claim to the public service center of the Busan District Court; (b) submitted the forged tax invoice and the copy of the claim to the court employees who may know of the forgery as if they were duly prepared.
