The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
Expenses for appeal shall be borne by the plaintiff.
The purport of the claim and the purport of the appeal are the judgment of the first instance.
Reasons
The grounds for the plaintiff's appeal are not significantly different from the argument in the first instance court, and even if the evidence submitted to this court is presented, the facts of the first instance trial and the judgment are justifiable.
Therefore, the judgment of this court is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is accepted by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Thus, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
