Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2014 High 2869" is a person who is a guest of a cafeteria operated by the victim C.
1. On July 14, 2013, at around 00:10, the Defendant: (a) went through a restaurant located in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, and took a bath to the female descendants of the next table, and booms and talks about a trial fee; (b) did not let the victim and his/her customer feel a fear; and (c) did not enter the restaurant.
Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force above.
2. The Defendant: (a) caused damage to property, at the same time and place as referred to in the preceding paragraph, carried the fluor in the restaurant; and (b) caused the customer and the victim to walk the fluor, making the fluor known to drink the fluor and the fluor to drink the fluor.
As a result, the defendant damaged the wind and air-conditioning apparatus to require 170,000 won for repair costs, thereby impairing its utility.

1. On August 5, 2013, from around 20:55 to 21:50 the same day, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the Defendant was unable to calculate the alcohol level in the “G restaurant” located in Suwon-si F; and (b) the Victim B, the owner of the business, “I am off, cut off, sweet, sweet, sweet,” and interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force, such as: (a) dumping the victim’s restaurant, which was the owner of the business, “I am off, sweet, sweet, and sweet”; and (b) dumping the customers by having them go against the disturbance while taking a bath.
2. The Defendant insultd the victim H, a customer, who had drinking alcohol at the same time and time as the preceding paragraph, by openly booming the victim while viewing that there are many and unspecified customers.

1. On July 6, 2013, at around 14:00, the Defendant was able to pay food costs within the cafeteria operated by the Victim J, Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, as if he were to pay food costs, and is rhym (e.g., 1, 2, beer, etc.).
