Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On January 3, 2014, at around 14:20, the Defendant was driving BKaman bus without obtaining a driver's license in the section of about 20 km from the front side of the non-permanent apartment located in the Gu-si, Si-si, Gu-si to 14:40 on the same day from the 14:40 on the same day.
