On July 10, 2019, the Defendant “2019 Highest 5182” sent a false statement to the victim that “I would purchase a vehicle air pressure center” by accessing the Internet site “F car page” at an irregular place, and by communicating the victim with “I will send four air pressure centers if I deposit KRW 1.50,000 won.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the above air pressure center and intended to use the price for the goods for the cost of living, and even if he received the price from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver the goods.

The defendant received 150,000 won from the victim to the E bank account (Account Number: H) in the name of the defendant on the same day.
