Punishment of the crime
[2017 High Doz. 2026]
1. On September 6, 2016, the Defendant directly received a notice of convening the education and training in the name of the third unit commander of the Army 2051, and participated in the above training without good cause, even though he/she directly received the notice of convening the education and training in the name of the third unit commander of the Army 2051, which is conducted at the training site of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 301 Dong 412 and 8 hours for the second unit training conducted on September 21, 2016.
2. On September 29, 2016, the Defendant, at around 15:20, was unable to participate in the above training without justifiable grounds, even though the Defendant directly received a notice of convening a call for education and training in the name of the third unit commander of the Army 2051 attached to the said Army 2051.
3. On September 29, 2016, the Defendant directly received a notice of convening an education and training call in the name of the third unit commander of the Army 2051, and participated in the said training without good cause, even if the Defendant directly received the notice of convening an education and training call in the name of the third unit commander of the Army 2051, which was conducted at the training site for the second unit of the Dongjak 2016 and conducted at the training site for the second unit of the Dongjak 2016.
The Defendant, on February 19, 2017, 201, as a member of the reserve forces belonging to the Dongcheon-gu, the Defendant: (i) on February 19, 2017, “the attending the second supplementary training conducted on March 2, 2017,” the notice of convening the training in the name of the third unit commander of the Army 2051; (ii) the notice of convening the training in the name of the third unit commander of the Army 2051; and (iii) the notice of convening the training in the name of the third unit commander of the Army 2051; (iii) the notice of convening the training in the name of the third unit commander of the Army 2051; and (iv) the notice of convening the training in the name of the second unit commander of the Dongjak-gu 2051; and (v) the notice of convening the training in the name of the second unit of the 205th unit 3th unit 200.
