Punishment of the crime
On June 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of five million won for the crime of indecent act by force in the Daejeon District Court's astronomical support, and paid a fine by receiving a loan because of the lack of money to pay a fine. 1. On August 28, 2013, from around 18:40 to around 19:40 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) found the Defendant under the influence of alcohol at the YY and was on duty at the Donannam Police Station E box; and (b) stated that “A fine of five million won is erroneously imposed; (c) the width’s name shall be known to him/her; (d) he/she may be punished by a fine of five million won, if he/she is within one million won; and (d) he/she provided alcohol to the ordinary people in the same manner as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (2) from around August 22, 2013 to November 24 of the same year.
