1. The defendant is based on the termination of title trust with respect to 1% shares out of the vehicles listed in the attached list to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. In around 2008, the Plaintiff made a title trust agreement to the Defendant with respect to the portion of 1% out of the vehicles indicated in the separate sheet. The Plaintiff seeks to terminate the title trust agreement and to register the transfer of ownership on the said portion.
