Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
No person who is not a transport business operator shall operate passenger transport business under his/her own or another person's name by using the whole or part of automobiles for business of a transport business operator.
On February 18, 2014, the Defendant acquired on February 18, 2014, the sum of 29 million won, including “L”, which was registered in the name of “G”, “G” and “J” registered in the name of “H (Representative I),” and “L”, which was registered in the name of “J” on February 18, 2014 from the instant non-party C 53 years of age (D sales store operation) to KRW 29 million.
Even if the Defendant is not a trucking business operator, he/she operated passenger transport business by making use of 29 vehicles in the name of E and H, which he/she took over from 3 other than the instant case, and by making a lease to customers from 30 October 30, 2015.

These crimes are likely to disrupt the establishment of order in passenger transport service.
